Although the only way to purchase our products is on our website, there are two ways to receive our products. you can either order online and pickup same day (if you live in Philadelphia) OR Order and wait for your products to be shipped to you. you can Order by simply clicking on your desired product and clicking "ADD TO BAG".

When you purchase from our website, we offer two different payment methods. you have the option of paying through PayPal or using A DEBIT/CREDIT CARD. IF you live in the Philadelphia area and are looking to pick up SAME DAY, you would still have to order through the website for your order to be valid.

ALL ORDERS TAKE ABOUT 2-4 DAYS TO PROCESS REGARDLESS OF WHAT YOU'VE ORDERED. but depending on what you've ordered, shipping can take anywhere from 2-12 days. orders that do not include PREPOOS have a likeliness to ship out between 2-5 days. PREPOO (as stated in the description) has a lead time of AT LEAST 1 week, so orders that contain Prepoo will be shipped out within 7-12 business days. orders may be shipped out earlier than stated, or later but we will always keep you informed about the status of your order.

Unfortunately, there is no way to track your order until it has been shipped. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us that includes your tracking number and also informing you of your shipment. If it has past the number of days stated above, we will send you an email informing you why and when you will be receiving your package. if for some reason you have not received one, you can always email us at melaningoldc@gmail.com and inquire.
