Baseline Testing
1 hour 15 minutes
Baseline testing is required for all FLUID MOTIONS athletes, as this will begin the process of
developing individualized programs to help enhance performance. Athletes will be evaluated on
their abilities and current condition(s). Objectives, goals, and needs will be addressed at this
time. This will be the beginning of developing unlocked potential. Schedule your appointment

Youth Training & Development
30- 90 minutes
Through education, FLUID MOTIONS Youth and Adolescent development training (ages 7-18)
aims to reduce exposure to injury, while enhancing abilities, including but not limited to
movement skills, kinesthetic awareness, mobility, strength training, dynamic stability, as well as
speed and plyometric agility. Programs will be tailored to athlete demands.
College Training
1 hour 30 minutes
College and Semi-Pro training is an advanced continuation, and notch up from methods
addressed in the youth and adolescent training regimen. FLUID MOTIONS athletes will have
individualized programs based on rehabilitative and therapeutic needs; centered around
position, and sport specific demands.
Adult
Training
FLUID MOTIONS adult programming is focused on addressing coordination, postural concerns,
balance and stability, as well as strength education. Factors addressed, are to aid in the
mitigation of discomfort from insufficient movement patterns. Programs are specific and
tailored to day-to-day lifestyle activities.

Wrestling
Wrestling 1 hour 15min (Private or Semi-Private Instruction)
Wrestling specific technique and instruction at FLUID MOTIONS will be centered
around sharpening skill sets. A break down in mechanics, drill technique, and repetition
will be enforced to heighten mat performance. Opportunities for one-on-one, or semi-
private training sessions are available. Open from youth into college.
