Items must be exchanged or returned within a 30-day timeframe from the date the item(s) were received. If items are N0T exchanged/returned within the appropriate time, you will NOT be able to receive any accommodations towards this order. Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging. Items must be free of odor or any distress, to assure a full refund. We do not accept returns on swimwear! ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON SWIMWEAR. Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. The cost of shipping will vary based upon location. If the item is damaged, we will replace the item, but we will NOT offer a refund.

Return Policy Process

To Initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following
steps:

1. Login to our online portal using your email address and order ID.

2. Choose the products you wish to exchange from your order.

3. Print the prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.

4. Send all items back to us using the label provided.
